2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All proprietary branding, code, and creative assets produced by JOVEXA Studios remain governed by client service agreements. Upon final payment, clients receive full commercial rights to customized video deliverables as specified in their project scope.
3. Service Delivery & Revisions
Production timelines, retention goals, and revision cycles are specified in individual statement-of-work agreements prior to project launch.
4. Limitation of Liability
JOVEXA Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social media platform algorithm changes, policy updates, or service interruptions.
